HAEVEN Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the digital-consent age in your country (16 in much of the EU), a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or incite violence against any person.
• Post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Impersonate another person, spam, or attempt to defeat our moderation.
• Reverse-engineer the service or scrape at scale without written permission.

We will remove content that violates these rules and may suspend or delete accounts that repeatedly do so.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant HAEVEN a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute your content for the sole purpose of operating the service.

4. HAEVEN Calm subscriptions

• Calm is billed via Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
• Cancellation: end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate.
• On iOS, in-app subscriptions are handled by Apple per their terms.

5. AI features

HAEVEN's moderation and weekly reflections are generated by AI and may be imperfect. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HAEVEN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify active users at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
